We love getting to work at Hotel Indigo — there's a reason it keeps showing up on every best-of list in Omaha. The Logan Event Space brings together exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning downtown views, and a whole lot of personality in just 2,000 sq. ft. It's the perfect setting for couples who want something intimate but genuinely impressive. The building itself has roots in Omaha's bootlegging era, which adds a layer of character you just can't manufacture. Sparks Barn is one of those venues that earns its reputation every single weekend — which is exactly why we're honored to be on their preferred vendor list. This restored 1920s dairy barn in Louisville sits on a working family farm, with a spring-fed pond, cottonwood ceremony garden, and a lodgepole pine interior that barely needs a single decoration. The dance floor energy in that barn? Unmatched. Modern comforts like A/C, WiFi, and a built-in sound system round out a venue that's as fun to work as it is beautiful to look at.
Heartland Country Barn in Fremont holds a special place for us — we've seen firsthand what happens when a great venue and great people come together, and this is it. Built by the Marshall family specifically to host celebrations, the barn's soaring interior, warm wood tones, and open Nebraska sky create a reception atmosphere that manages to feel both grand and completely at home. As a preferred vendor here, we've had the privilege of keeping more than a few Heartland dance floors packed until the very last song — and we're always ready to do it again.
Willow Creek is the venue that makes couples stop mid-tour and say "this is it" — and we're proud they trust us to bring the music. Tucked into the rolling hills of southwestern Iowa about 30 minutes from Omaha, this one-of-a-kind property features a glass chapel, a barn reception space, wildflowers, and nature trails that seem to stretch forever. The setting does most of the heavy lifting aesthetically, so we focus on making sure the energy matches the view. It always does.
